Welcome Coctail will take place at Town Hall (Mairie de Bordeaux, Place Hotel de Ville) on Tuesday 18th April at 18:00.
CONFERENCE LASER MEGAJOUL & ITER
Public conference Laser Megajoul & ITER will take place at the main lecture room on Wednesday, 19th April at 18:30-19:45.
Wine testing
The departure for wine tasting to Chateau La Lagune will take place from Place Pey Berland on Wednesday, 19th April at 18:15.
The number of visitors of the chateau is limited. Please sign the list of participants at the registration if you would like to take part in the event.
Gala Dinner
The gala dinner will take place on a boat on Thursday 20th April at 19:30. The boat will leave from the "harbor" in front of Miroir d'eau and make a round trip reaching Château Grattequina.
Visit to LMJ

Visit to LMJ/PETAL is scheduled on Friday afternoon (21/04/2017).
All scientists interested in vising the LMJ/PETAL installation are obliged to provide before 20th February 2017:
- copy of valid passport,
- affiliation, institution address, personal address, birth place and birth date, nationality, passport number
Acceptance of the applications to the visit will be subject to CEA approval.
Information must be sent to the e-mail addresses: visites.cesta@cea.fr and ecpd2017@sciencesconf.org with indication in the subject “visite ECPD du 21 avril”.
Dress code for the visit to LMJ/PETAL: trousers, no high heels.
Please do not forget to take your passport or ID with you.
Meeting point at conference place at 13:15 to walk to the bus departure, the return is expected around 17:30.
